I have held off given a ratting in the App Store because I do love my ring products and has been waiting diligently for ring to implement these features but patience runs out eventually and a rating similar to this rant will be posted in the App Store and on social media boards because we deserve the same product provided in the US here in Canada and yes I have the protect plus plan. An example is the garage the MyQ even lunches the ring app but because ring treats Canada as a third class customer the feature is not in the ring app. The other however are just shortcuts so why can’t they be implemented.
